Do you have a brick & mortar store?
Nest NOLA started out as a brick & mortar store located on historic Magazine Street in New Orleans, LA. In October of 2020, in the midst of the Covid 19 pandemic, we made the decision to move our store online.
Yes our store is closed, but we're still here. Our office is located at our original store location (5422 Magazine St., New Orleans, LA 70115) and our products are displayed in the store windows. We offer FREE pickup for online orders at this location.

Are all your products made in New Orleans (NOLA)?
At Nest NOLA, priority is always given to New Orleans and Louisiana based artisans. We feature the work of many local artists and makers and are always on the lookout for new talent. However, in order to offer the most unique selection of nature-inspired gifts, jewelry, accessories, and decor, we also carry artisan made goods from other parts of the country. Most all of our products come from American based businesses.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING INFORMATION
How quickly will I receive my order?
Most orders are processed and ready for shipment or local delivery within 1 to 3 business days. Shipping times depend on your selected method of transit. Processing time plus shipping time equals estimated delivery time.
If you need your order by a specific date, please let us know before placing your order, so that we can confirm whether or not we will be able to meet your deadline.
Do you offer FREE SHIPPING?
Yes! We offer FREE shipping with a minimum purchase of $80 (some exclusions apply). *In cases where free shipping does not apply, it will be noted in the product description on the product page.
Do you offer FREE LOCAL PICKUP or LOCAL DELIVERY options?
Yes! FREE local delivery is available for all orders $35 and above. Local delivery areas include Metro New Orleans, Metairie, Kenner, Old Jefferson, River Ridge, and Harahan.
Your package will be delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout. Once your package is delivered, you will be notified by text or email.
We will make every attempt to leave your package in a spot that is inconspicuous and not easily noticeable from the street. In the unlikely event that a package or item is stolen after delivery, we are not responsible.
What if my order is lost or damaged?
If an order is lost in transit, it is the customers’ responsibility to contact the carrier and file a claim. If you need a tracking number or any other information to help file your claim, please let us know.
We do our best to package all items very carefully in order to avoid damage. If your item arrives damaged, please e-mail us at email@example.com within 7 days of proof of delivery to file a claim. Please include your order number and a photo of the damaged item.
What are your policies regarding refunds & exchanges?
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Refunds and exchanges are gladly accepted up to 14 days after proof of delivery. All items returned for refund or exchange must be in their original condition with no signs of usage or wear.
The customer is responsible for all shipping & handling costs associated with the return.
