FAQ

Is your store still open? 

Sadly, our store is currently closed. However, you may have noticed that our window displays are still up.  Feel free to window shop and contact us about making a purchase via email info@nestnola.net or phone/text 504-835-4702. 

Are all your products made in New Orleans (NOLA)? 

When selecting our products, priority is always given to New Orleans and Louisiana based artisans . However, in order to offer the most unique and high quality nature-inspired gifts, jewelry, accessories, and decor, we also offer items from out of state. All of our products are purchased from American based businesses. 

 

DELIVERY & SHIPPING INFORMATION

How quickly will I receive my order?

Most orders are processed and ready for shipment or local delivery within 1 to 3 business days. Shipping times depend on your selected method of transit. Processing time plus shipping time equals estimated delivery time. 

If you need your order by a specific date, please let us know before placing your order so that we can confirm whether or not we will be able to meet your deadline.

Do you offer contactless delivery options?

Yes! Free local delivery is offered for all orders $75 and above. Local delivery can take up to 3 business days. If you need it sooner, please email us at info@nestnola.net and include your order number for reference. Free local delivery includes the Metro New Orleans area as well as Metairie, Kenner, Old Jefferson, River Ridge, and Harahan.

Your package will be delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout. Once your package is delivered, you will be notified by text or email. We will make every attempt to leave your package in a spot that is inconspicuous and not easily noticeable from the street. So far, we have not had any problems. However, we are not responsible in the unlikely event that a package or item is stolen after delivery.

What if my order is lost or damaged?

If an order is lost in transit, it is the customers’ responsibility to contact the carrier and file a claim. If you need a tracking number or any other information to help file your claim, please let us know.

We do our best to package all items very carefully in order to avoid damage. If your item arrives damaged, please e-mail us at info@nestnola.net within 7 days of proof of delivery to file a claim. Please include your order number and a photo of the damaged item.

 

RETURN POLICY

What are your policies regarding refunds & exchanges?

Refunds and exchanges are gladly accepted up to 14 days after proof of delivery. All items returned for refund or exchange must be in their original condition with no signs of usage or wear. The customer is responsible for all shipping & handling costs associated with the return.
