Do you have a retail store?
Nest NOLA began as a brick & mortar store located on historic Magazine Street in New Orleans, LA. Due to the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic, we closed our physical location in late 2020 and moved our store online.
In early 2022, we set up shop at Zele Nola, a permanent indoor arts market located at 2841 Magazine Street. Our booth at Zele is updated regularly and often contains items that haven't yet made it to the website. Come see our unique product assortment in person once again at Zele Nola!
Are all your products made in New Orleans, Louisiana (NOLA)?
At Nest NOLA, priority is always given to New Orleans and Louisiana based artisans. In order to offer the most unique selection of nature-inspired jewelry, jewelry, gifts, and decor, we also carry artisan made goods from other parts of the country. Most of our products are sourced from American based small businesses.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING INFORMATION
How quickly will I receive my order?
Most orders are processed and ready for shipment or local delivery within 1 to 3 business days. Shipping times depend on your selected method of transit. Processing time plus shipping time equals estimated delivery time.

Do you offer FREE SHIPPING?
Yes! We offer FREE shipping with a minimum purchase of $80 (some exclusions apply). *In cases where free shipping does not apply, it will be noted in the product description on the product page.
Do you offer FREE local delivery options?
Yes! FREE local delivery is available for all orders $40 and above. Local delivery areas include Metro New Orleans, Metairie, Kenner, Old Jefferson, River Ridge, and Harahan.
Your package will be delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout. Once your package is delivered, you will be notified by text or email.
We will make every attempt to leave your package in a spot that is inconspicuous and not easily noticeable from the street. In the unlikely event that a package or item is stolen after delivery, we are not responsible.
What if my order is lost or damaged?
If an order is lost in transit, it is the customers’ responsibility to contact the carrier and file a claim. If you need a tracking number or any other information to help file your claim, please let us know.
We do our best to package all items very carefully in order to avoid damage. If your item arrives damaged, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of proof of delivery to file a claim. Please include your order number and a photo of the damaged item.
What are your policies regarding refunds & exchanges?
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Refunds and exchanges are gladly accepted up to 14 days after proof of delivery. All items returned for refund or exchange must be in their original condition with no signs of usage or wear.
The customer is responsible for all shipping & handling costs associated with returns.
